Job Objective
The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care by assessing conditions, administering medications, and executing treatments under physician directives or senior nursing supervision. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, and reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Conducting patient assessments, documenting histories, and contributing to care plans.
- Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualification
Diploma in GNM or B. Sc (Nursing) is required.
Experience
1-3 years of experience is preferred.
